Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Policy

Our services include digital marketing, graphic design, branding, content creation, video editing, and other customized creative solutions. Since each project requires dedicated time, creative planning, and manual work, refunds are handled based on the project stage to ensure fairness for both the client and service provider.

2. Detailed Refund Structure

Phase A: Planning & Initial Consultation

If you cancel within 24 hours of the initial payment and work has not started, you are eligible for a 100% refundof the service fee.

Phase B: Design, Development & Draft Delivery

If the project has already started and initial concepts, drafts, designs, marketing plans, or video edits have been delivered, a 50% refund may be issued depending on the amount of completed work and resources invested.

Phase C: Final Delivery

Once the final deliverables such as graphic designs, marketing materials, edited videos, branding assets, or other agreed digital products have been delivered, the service is considered completed and no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Send an email to malithperra838@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Project Name]".
  2. Clearly explain the reason for the cancellation or dissatisfaction.
  3. Include any relevant project details to help us review your request.
  4. Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Depending on your payment provider, bank, and location, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Any delays caused by financial institutions are outside our control.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Services involving customized creative work, including completed designs, edited videos, branding materials, marketing strategies, promotional content, and other digital assets that have already been delivered or approved by the client are non-refundable.
