- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:Developing marketing strategies, social media content, and promotional campaigns. While we apply industry best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results, sales, rankings, or engagement levels due to changes in third-party platform algorithms.
- SEO & Content Strategy: Providing optimization and content planning services intended to improve online visibility. Results may vary depending on competition, market conditions, and external factors.
3. Payment Terms & Authorization
Clients agree to provide accurate payment information and complete all payments according to the agreed project terms. Work may be paused or final deliverables may be withheld if payments are delayed, disputed, reversed, or not successfully completed.
4. Project Delivery & Client Responsibilities
All services and digital deliverables are provided electronically. Delivery may include design files, edited videos, marketing materials, content documents, or other agreed digital assets.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, required materials, and timely feedback. Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or lack of communication may affect project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receiving full payment, clients receive the agreed rights to use the final approved deliverables for their intended business or personal purposes. Unless otherwise agreed, Nilanka Bandara retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, promotional materials, and professional presentations.
6. Revisions & Approval Policy
Clients may request revisions according to the agreed project scope. Additional changes, redesigns, or modifications beyond the original requirements may require additional charges and a revised timeline. Final approval of deliverables confirms acceptance of the completed work.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are committed to providing high-quality professional services but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, including increased sales, followers, website traffic, or revenue. Results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, customer behavior, and external platforms.
8. Governing Terms
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted according to the applicable laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes related to our services should first be addressed through direct communication and good-faith resolution between both parties.
